Booking Requests

A booking is not confirmed until the host verifies payment and sends confirmation. Availability, rates, fees, and house rules may be reviewed before confirmation.

Payments

Guests must pay the exact amount shown during checkout and provide a valid payment reference or UTR where required. Incorrect, partial, or unverifiable payments may delay or prevent confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility, deductions, and refund timing are determined by the host policy shown or communicated for this property. Bank, gateway, or UPI processing delays may apply.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to provide accurate information, follow the property rules, respect occupancy limits, and avoid unlawful or unsafe activity at the property.

Host Responsibilities

The host is responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, maintaining accurate listing details, and communicating any material booking changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Limitation

ZipBook provides booking-site technology. The property stay, guest services, refunds, and local compliance are managed by the host unless otherwise stated in writing.
